We want all of our customers to be 100% satisfied with the quality of our product. Within 30 days after receiving your action, if you don’t like it, we’ll change it, swap it, or refund your money. No questions asked. We’ll even pay for the return shipping.

All of our stainless steel actions have a lifetime performance guarantee against cracking, warping, or breaking. If such an issue occurs, the action will be replaced. If your specific model is no longer available we will replace it with an similar action or provide a refund of the purchase price.

Titanium actions have a shorter wear life than stainless steel actions. For this reason Defiance does not guarantee smoothness of Titanium action operation over any period.

 

Defiance Machine’s Warranty

Performance Guaranteed

Every Defiance Machine Action has a lifetime performance guarantee against cracking, warping, or breaking. If such an issue occurs, the action will be replaced. If your specific model is no longer available we will replace it with an similar action or provide a refund of the purchase price.

This policy applies only to actions manufactured by Defiance Machine. It does not apply to work done by others or accessories manufactured by others. Any aftermarket/gunsmith work on the action that is deemed to have caused the problem will void this warranty.

Satisfaction Guaranteed

Excluding exceptions* noted on our website product pages or on your order confirmation, if upon receipt, you are not 100% satisfied with your Defiance Machine Action, return it within 30 days in new condition to exchange for another action or for a full refund of the action’s purchase price. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable.

*A common example of an exception is that we do not warranty work done by gunsmiths. Gunsmith or aftermarket work on your action may void the satisfaction guarantee, depending on the nature of any modifications made to the action.

Online Store Return and Refund Policy

Our online store return and refund policy is only applicable to customers located and shipping within the USA. For all other countries, please contact us at sales@defiancemachine.com.

If you purchase an accessory or action from our online store it comes with a standard 30 day return and refund policy. If 30 days have passed since you received your purchase, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Exchanges

Items that are defective or damaged may be exchanged through our RMA process.

RMA Process

All returns and exchanges must receive a Return Material Authorization (RMA) from our team before shipping your return or exchange back to us. Contact us by calling 406-756-2727 or emailing us at sales@defiancemachine.com to start the RMA process. We are not liable for any item(s) lost in our warehouse when shipped back to us without an RMA on file.

Once an RMA is issued, depending on the reason for the return, we may issue a return mailing label for you to ship your item(s) back to us or request for you to ship the return back to us. If we request for you to ship the item back, we may provide you with return shipping details during the RMA process depending on the reason for the return.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or exchange.

If a refund is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds

If 7 business days have passed since your refund confirmation was sent and you haven’t received a refund yet, we recommend you contact your credit card company or bank, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

If we notified you of the refund being issued more than 7 working days ago and you have already contacted your credit card company or bank, if you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at sales@defiancemachine.com.
